Spring Management of Grapes

1. Go to the shelves. In winter, where grapes are buried in cold areas, when the average temperature is stable above 10°C, remove the cold soil from the grapes in time. After going to the soil, they are not in a hurry to get on the shelves. After the shoots have basically sprouted, they will be tied on the shelves and the ground will be turned into low-lying and high-side noodles to prevent root water accumulation.

2. Apply amino acid solution. Apply twice pure amino acid solution without any hormones before germination, 2 to 3 times water, 30 to 50 cm of trunk, and 10 time intervals between the two. In this way, the grapes sprout and grow.

3. Top dressing, watering. Insufficient fertilization or no fertilization before winter should be promptly topdressing, fertilization is mainly organic fertilizer or biological bacterial fertilizer, supplemented by chemical fertilizers, once poured after fertilization. Before sprouting, the whole tree was sprayed with 5 Baume degree lime sulfur spray. The ground can be sprinkled with fungicides to kill the soil and reduce the source of the disease. Formulation of fungicides: 1 part of thiram, 2 parts of sulfur, 4 to 5 parts of white ash (about 1 mus of 0.5 kg of thiram).

4. Cut back. If the main vine is too dense on the surface of the frame, the poorer main vines can be removed, and the maturity of the vines can be reduced or the diseased worms and leeches can be partially cut off; the result is that the branches are too long, too dense, and winter shearing buds are left. Large quantities and weak trees should be shrunk or removed. It should be noted that recutting should be carried out when the post-emergent wounds are basically terminated.

5. Stubble and thinning. Early smearing can reduce the consumption of tree storage nutrients. The decision not to leave new shoots should be eliminated once at the bud. The thinning is generally performed when the shoots are visible at the young shoots. At this time, the shoot length is generally 10 to 20 cm. The strong tree provoked late buds and late branches, and the weak trees tried to wipe off the buds as early as possible, as early as possible. Method: Usually one result has multiple buds on the mother buds germinating, leaving one bud every 15 to 20 centimeters, leaving 2 to 5 new shoots for each result, leaving the rest to be removed from the base. When the buds are wiped off, the apical buds or weak buds in the two buds are generally wiped out, and only one shoot is left in one bud. In order to ensure the yield, it is also possible to determine whether to leave the first coil when it reaches 4 to 5 leaves. However, the nutrients are wasted more.

6. Fix the tip and tie the vine. The preserved shoots had five leaves above the flower spikes before flowering, and 8 leaves were picked to leave their hearts without flowers. After topping, the plants will sprout a large number of secondary shoots, leaving only the top 1 to 2 secondary shoots and leaves 2 leaves topping and the remaining secondary shoots are all wiped out. At the same time, it is necessary to tie the vines according to the growth of vines.

7. Flower ear treatment. In order to ensure the fruit setting rate, usually 1/5 of the panicle spikes are removed and sprayed with 0.3% boron plus 0.5% urea during the flowering period. Five days after flowering, artificial fruit thinning was performed on the ear with more results and then bagged.

8. In addition to tendrils. Grape tendrils not only consume nutrients, but also tend to be wrapped around ears, twigs, and iron wires. This inconveniences the correct operation of new shoots, harvesting, winter shearing, and off-shelf operations. Remove tendrils in time.
