Please keep the surface of the chiller filter clean, air around the filter, clean the filter regularly, and generally purge the filter once with compressed air for three weeks.
Reduce the occurrence of mold "pour sweat" phenomenon. Before stopping the plastic machine, first turn off the cold water gate of the auxiliary mold, or turn off the cold water, so that the water temperature in the cavity rises, the mold will not produce rust.
If the chiller has been used for more than six months, or the high and low pressure engine often fails, or the cooling capacity is reduced, please arrange for the staff to clean the radiator (if the chiller has a pressure gauge installed, the pressure of the high pressure gauge is higher than 300 PSI, if exceeded, The surface of the heat sink should be cleaned to keep it clean and improve the heat sink effect). If the chiller malfunctions after performing multiple cleanings as described above, please arrange for the staff to perform repairs.
    If the chiller is deactivated for a period of time, the pump pump may solidify due to the solidification of the water. When the machine is turned on, the pump rotor must be turned loose to avoid the pump leaves not turning, resulting in burnt fuses. (Applicable to chillers below 5)
      Cooling machine maintenance radiator cleaning
First stop the machine, remove the filter from the front lower panel of the machine, and blow off the dust on the surface of the filter with compressed air. If the radiator is dirty, it should also be cleaned together.
   If there are conditions, spray the air-conditioning cleaning agent on the surface of the heat-dissipating net. After a few minutes, rinse with water and repeat until the surface of the filter is clean.
Tip: The cleaning agent should be used with care. Do not touch the damaged skin. Do not touch the eyes. If you accidentally touch it, rinse it with plenty of water. You need to go to the hospital for treatment.

1 circulating water circulation or valve is not opened, check the water valve, all the pipelines, to ensure smooth flow, install short-circuit pipelines.
2 The circulating water pipeline is too small, and the diameter of the circulating water pipe is increased to ensure the normal water circulation.
The temperature is displayed according to the temperature of the watch.
