1. The purchase of fresh raw materials should pay attention to the variety, color, and grain rotten fruit can not be used as raw materials for processing.

2. Before the fruit washing process, the raw materials were manually selected, and the colorless grains and some bad fruits that were already rotten were removed and rinsed with tap water.

3. Peel the pomegranate with a stainless steel knife and manually remove the shell and separate the pomegranate seeds from the septum as much as possible.

4. Wash the stripped pomegranate seeds immersed in circulating water rinse once, remove the broken skin and septum, timely remove white seeds and rotten grains. Drain the water and send it to the second washing tank. Rinse with water and rinse with water.

5. Peel the seeds of the pomegranate that drained the water through the scraper-type conveyor and feed it into the double-track beater. Mix the sour agent to the seed coat. The first beating is selected with a 1.5mm screen size for beating; the second beating is selected with a 0.5mm screen size for beating. The purpose is to increase the pulping rate and prevent the broken kernels and nuts from the pulping process from entering the pulp and affecting the quality of the finished product.

6. The grinding uses a double-staged colloid mill to grind the beaten slurry. The first rough grinding, the second grinding to fineness of about 20mm.

7. Dispense ingredients according to the formula and then pump them into the blending tank. Add pomegranate juice and pure water to volume.

Formula: 15 grams of pomegranate fruit juice, compound stabilizer 0.06%-0.08%, compound sweetener (sucrose sweetness 40%, Langer's protein sugar sweetness 60%), ethyl maltol 30mg/kg, others Purified water.

8. Vacuum degassing After the slurry is prepared, the degassing treatment is performed under a vacuum of not less than 0.07 MPa, which can reduce the gas that the slurry brings during beating and refining, and reduces the coking phenomenon during 02 and sterilization.

9. The sterilized and degassed material is sterilized by a sterilizing device. The sterilization temperature is 90-105°C and the time is 50-60 seconds. Then in the sterile room for hot filling, sealing, rapid cooling to room temperature.
