1. Box structure: The box body is composed of a top cover, a working chamber, a cooling and heating room and a bottom chamber. The top cover is equipped with a computer controller strong electric board, and the top cover panel is equipped with a computer controller weak board, which includes a digital display, an indicator light and an operation button. In addition, a power switch is mounted on the panel. N sets of fluorescent lamps are hung on the side of the cabinet or on the door of the box. A thermistor (ie temperature sensor) and a humidity transmitter are mounted on the rear wall of the studio. The cooling and heating room is below or above the working chamber, and the left and right (or front and rear) are respectively connected to the entrance and exit of the working chamber of the studio, and the indoor is equipped with an evaporator, an anti-condensation visor, an electric heating tube and two circulating fans. Heating or cooling the studio, and a thermistor for overheat protection is placed next to the electric heating tube. The bottom chamber is equipped with a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan, an instrument incoming junction box and a fuse.

Five, the operation method
1. Parameter check:
(a) Multi-stage programmable GTOP-D type 1 Press the setting button after 5 seconds of power on or during operation, the time window display will change to “01”, and the first digit in the time window will flash, which is displayed at this time. The parameters such as time, temperature, humidity and illumination are all set values ​​for the 01th period. 2 Press the setting button again, the time window will become “02”, the first digit of the time window will flash, and the parameters displayed at this time are the set values ​​of the 02th period. 3 Press the setting button again, “03” is displayed in the time window. If the first position of the time window is “9”, the original program is two segments. After pressing the setting button, it will return to the running state; if the time window is If the first digit is not "9", the parameter at this time is the set value of the 03th segment. When checking, you can press the setting button again and the first time of the time window appears after 9 words. Press the setting button again to check the end. If you do not press the set button in the middle, it will automatically return to the running state after 10 seconds.
(b) Intelligent GTOP-B type 1 Press the setting button after 5 seconds of power on or during operation, the time window display will change to “01” (ie day), and the first digit in the time window will flash. The displayed parameters such as time, temperature, humidity, and illumination are all set values ​​for the 01th period (ie, daytime). 2 Press the setting button again, the time window will become “02” (ie, night), the first digit of the time window will flash, and the parameters displayed at this time are the set values ​​of the 02th period. Press the Set button again to check the end. If you do not press the set button in the middle, it will automatically return to the running state after 10 seconds.
2. Parameter setting: Multi-stage programmable GTOP-D type is basically the same as the intelligent GTOP-B type setting program. This manual mainly uses multi-segment program control design description. Now use the multi-stage programmable GTOP-D type of common 2-stage program control setting steps as follows: first press the setting button, the time window displays “01”, and the first digit of the time window is flashing. After that, you can set the parameters of the 01th time period. For example, if you want to make the 01th time period of 09 hours, the temperature setting value is 25°C, the humidity setting value is 80%RH, and the light level is 4th level, then: 1 button , so that the first digit of the time window becomes "0". 2 Press the button to make the second digit of the time window flash, then press the button to make the number "9". 3 Press the 2 button again to make the ten digits of the temperature inside the box flash, then press the button to make the temperature tens digits become 2. 4 Press the button again to make the single digit in the temperature window of the box flash, then press the button to change the temperature single digit to “5”. 5 Press the button twice again to make the ten digits in the humidity window flash, then press the button to make the ten digits become “8”. 6 Press the button again to make the humidity single digit flash, then press the button to make the humidity single digit “0”. 7 Press the button again to make the number in the light window flash, then press the button to make the light level 6. 8 When the parameter setting of the 01st paragraph is completed, press the setting button again, and the display value of the time window will change from “01” to “02”. 9 After setting the 01st paragraph, the parameters of the 02th paragraph can be set in the same way. After setting the 02nd paragraph, press the setting button again, the display in the time window will change to “03”, and the first digit of the time window will flash. Then press the button to change the first digit of the time window to "9". Press the setting button again to return the display to the running state, that is, there is no flicker in all display windows, indicating that the two programming parameters have been set.
If you do not want multi-programming, but as long as there is no period of time, first set the 01th paragraph to 24 hours, then set the duration of the 02th paragraph to 9×:××, then press the set button again.
To set up three-step programming, set the duration of the fourth segment to 9×:××.
To set n-stage program control, set the duration of the n+1th segment to 9×:××.
3. Time switch: After the parameter is set and enters the running state, if you want the current work to enter the time period you need, you need to press the switch button: each time you press the button, the corresponding time advances.
4. Current time shift: In many cases, the running time of the instrument is required to be consistent with the local Beijing time, or the remaining time of the currently running time period (referred to as the current time period) is corrected as needed. Then you need to press the shift time button first, after which the first digit in the time window flashes. At this point, you can press the appropriate buttons and keys to make the remaining time meet your needs. After the shift is completed, please press the shift button again.
5. Temperature measurement zero correction and temperature measurement full scale correction
If you need to correct the temperature measurement value, please press and hold the setting button for more than 5 seconds to display LOCK in the time window, then press the button to display 111 in the temperature window, and then press the setting button, the time window will display P1. The current master measurement temperature value is displayed in the time window, and the first digit of the temperature window flashes, indicating that the current temperature can be corrected, and then the current desired temperature value can be modified with the key. For example, if the temperature of the main control is 1.5 °C higher, adjust the correction value to -1.5 °C, and press the setting button again, the next value to be corrected is displayed in the time window.
The order of the correction code is as follows:
P1—Master temperature correction.
P2—Auxiliary temperature correction.
P3—Environmental temperature correction.
F1—Master full scale correction (do not adjust this value below 45°C).
C1—Cooling delay time.
L1—light shift position selection.
0 — represents 5 lamps on one side
Note: The zero point and full scale have been adjusted at the factory, please do not adjust it.
Sixth, fault self-diagnosis
1. The temperature deviation exceeds ±2 °C alarm.
2. The temperature of the studio is above 52 °C (this value can be determined according to different requirements of the user) to force stop heating.
3. When the temperature sensor is off or short circuited, it will alarm and stop heating and cooling.
4. The temperature of the heating chamber is higher than 55 °C, the protection relay is closed, and the heating power is cut off.
Seven, note:
1. To ensure personal safety, the ground wire (E) of the power outlet should be connected to the ground.
2. When doing the low temperature test below 10 °C, the ambient temperature should not be too high, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the box should not exceed 20 °C to ensure the normal operation of the climate chamber.
3. Low temperature (below 6 °C) high humidity or low humidity will cause the evaporator in the cooling and heating room to freeze, so the instrument will automatically terminate the humidification and dehumidification functions (ie, humidity is not controlled). If the user has special requirements, it can be resolved through negotiation.
4. Due to the inherent characteristics of the humidity transmitter, if it is in a high-humidity environment above 95% RH for a long time, it will be out of order (generally the humidity shows an upper limit overflow), so try not to use high humidity above 95% RH.
5. Since the humidifier water tank adopts vacuum balanced water supply, the water in the base should be inverted every time the water tank is separated from the base, so as to prevent too much water in the base during operation and overflow into the base to damage the electronic components.
