1. The oil hole of the cylinder head must be aligned with the corresponding oil passage hole on the body and cylinder head to avoid friction caused by the oil cut-off on the cylinder head. No oil passage holes and positive and negative shapes are the same to determine the material of the cylinder head: For the aluminum alloy cylinder head, the flange side of the cylinder head should face towards the cylinder; for the cast iron cylinder head, the flange side of the cylinder head should face the cylinder head.

2. Pistons with pistons and piston rings marked with an upward arrow should be installed in the direction specified by the mark. If not marked, the small eddies beside the vortex pits or dents at the top of the piston should be toward the injector side to ensure uniform gas flow. mixing. When assembling the piston ring, the top shall be marked "up", "UP", etc. The top unmarked twisted ring should have its inner circle cut or chamfered downward; the chrome ring (the shell should be shiny) should be installed first The ring openings in the piston ring groove should be staggered 120 to 180 degrees to ensure its sealing effect.

3. Connecting rod and connecting rod cover The connecting rod of the horizontal diesel engine adopts a 45 degree splitting method and should face down to improve the stress of the connecting rod bolt. When the connecting rod cover and connecting rod are paired and processed, the pairing marks should be on the same side to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearing meet the specified requirements.

4. The main bearing cover, bushing or bushing The main bearing cover and the body bearing seat are both matched with the boring process. The pairing marks shall not be interchanged or change the assembly direction so as not to damage the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the main bearing housing hole. The bearing bush or bushing with oil hole should be aligned with the corresponding oil hole in the bearing seat and bushing hole to ensure the oil line is unblocked.

5. Cylinder head bolts If one end of a bolt is a coarse thread and the other a fine thread, the coarse thread end should be screwed into the body; if both ends of the bolt are a fine tooth, the shorter end should be screwed into the body to ensure The cylinder head can be pressed tightly.

6. For the oil pump and injection pump oil, planetary rotor type should be used to chamfer the outer rotor towards the pump body so as to avoid oil circulation in the pump and reduce the pump oil pressure. The nozzle of the fuel injector plug sleeve should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body. The mark (or oil return tank) on the piston should be installed upwards to avoid oil supply or diesel "fly".

7. The transmission forks at both ends of the transmission shaft and drive chain transmission shaft should be in the same plane so as to avoid torsional vibration and damage of the transmission components. The spring chain of the transmission chain shall be used so that the direction of its open end is opposite to the direction of movement of the chain so as to avoid falling off during the movement.

8. Drive Wheel The drive wheel has the direction of rotation of the tire marked with an up arrow to point it forward; the top of the "8" or "R" shaped pattern should be facing upwards when viewed from behind the locomotive.
