Overview:
GZW-1 type detonation-fired pipeline flame arrester is a new type of flammable gas pipeline flame arrester, which is a new product of replacement.
The flame arrester has been tested jointly by the University of Science and Technology of China and the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Its performance is in full compliance with the provisions of GB13347-92 "Fire and Gas Performance and Test Methods for Fire Extinguishing Devices of Petroleum Gas Pipelines". The flame arrester has a reasonable structure, and the fire barrier layer is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The shell is made of stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials to meet the needs of various process pipes.

Performance and features:
The flame arrester has a reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance and good anti-explosion performance. It can be fired every time for 13 times in a subsonic flame test.
Easy to repair and easy to install. It has good resistance to burning and has no tempering for 1 hour.
The flame arrester core is made of stainless steel and is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The shell hydraulic pressure test passed.

Scope of application:
The flame arrester is suitable for pipelines, Class A with flash point below 28 °C, oil products, liquefaction of hydrogen and oxygen, kerosene, diesel oil, and stupid crude oil with flash point below 60 °C, and pipes for conveying flammable gases and torches. Series, oil and gas recovery system, tube network of heating furnace fuel gas, gas purification and communication system, gas analysis system, coal mine gas emission system.

ZFQ-1 type weatherproof explosion-proof breathing valve. The product integrates a flame arrester and a breathing valve, and its novel structure is the first in China. It is a new type of safety equipment necessary for petrochemical storage tanks. Its great advantage is that it has good fire resistance, light weight and convenient maintenance. This product is suitable for storage of Class A oils with an internal point below 28 °C and Class B oils with a flash point below 60 °C, such as gasoline, stupid, stupid, kerosene, light diesel oil, engine oil, crude oil, etc. The same chemical product tank is used, it works normally in the temperature range of -35 °C -60 °C.

The shell is made of cast steel and aluminum alloy, which has good corrosion resistance;

maintenance:
In order to use the safety of the breathing valve, the corrugated fire-retardant layer should be removed regularly and cleaned within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole in the fire-retardant layer is unblocked to prevent blockage and ensure safe and normal use.
Regularly check whether the positive and negative valve discs of the ventilation air are flexible, and whether the guide rod and the valve disc contact the sealing surface are damaged. If there is damage, it should be replaced immediately.
During the inspection and maintenance re-installation, it should be ensured that the joint surfaces in the valve are closely matched and the valve disc is lifted and lowered flexibly.
When the new valve is activated, the shock-proof material between the valve discs should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will fail.
