Vegetable Bacterial Disease Prevention and Control

1, identify

(1) Harmful to the leaves of plants, often along the veins or from the edge of the leaves, the lesions are polygonal, facing the sun, there is a transparent sensation or lesions were spotted, bacteria gel was seen at the lesions. Such as cucumber bacterial angular spot and round spot disease.

(2) produce rot symptoms. The roots and stems of the plants were rotted. The infected parts were lightly pressed with the fingers and there was pyogenic bacteria. Such as cabbage soft rot, konjac soft rot.

(3) ulcers. Ulcers in the diseased area, with crater-like cracks in the center of the lesions, such as tomato canker.

(4) Wilt symptoms. After the death of the susceptible plant, the leaves were slightly lighter in colour, but remained green. The vascular bundles of the roots and stems of the plants became brown and rot. After the stems were cut, they were lightly pressed with the fingers and milky white mucus (bacterial pus) overflowed. Such as pepper wilt.

2. Prevention

(1) Seed treatment. Prior to sowing, the commonly used agricultural streptomycin 300ppm, or 50% dexamethasone aqueous solution 800 times or chloramphenicol 500 times soaking to kill the seeds of bacteria.

(2) Soil disinfection. Before sowing, remove the diseased plant residues in the inner shed, and then combine the site preparation, and disperse 50 kilograms of quick lime, 50 kilograms of plant ash, and 1 kilogram of sulphur powder per acre. Sow two days later and sow; or use 50% of the enemy's land for soil preparation. Matsubara powder 1000 times, spray soil, soil disinfection.

(3) Doing a good job of shed management. The management in the shed is mainly based on humidity management, and it is densely planted; the cultivation of semi-high mulch film is used; the drip-free membrane is used as the greenhouse mold; drip irrigation is used during irrigation to avoid immersion irrigation; when the morning dew is large and the humidity in the field is large, no field farming is performed. Operation and other measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of bacterial diseases.

(4) Rational rotation. Performing crop rotations of different kinds is still an effective method to control bacterial diseases.

(5) Timely pest control and prevention of artificial damage to plants, thereby reducing the chance of infection by pathogenic bacteria.

(6) Chemical control. Commonly used agents for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases include agricultural streptomycin, neomycin, chloramphenicol, penicillin, 50% DT fungicides, 50% dexamethasone, and the like.
