The production capacity of the crusher The crusher's rated production capacity (kg/h) is marked on the manual and nameplate of the crusher, but several points should be noted:
(1) The rated production capacity is usually the output per hour of the pulverizer in the state of crushing corn (water content about 13%) and selecting sieves with a sieve diameter of 1.2 mm. Because corn is a common grain feed, sieves with a diameter of 1.2 mm in diameter are the smallest sieves commonly used, and at this time the production capacity is small.
(2) The production capacity of the selected crusher is slightly greater than the actual production capacity required to avoid the hammer mill wear, wind tunnel air leakage, etc., causing the crusher's production capacity to decline, affecting the continuous production and supply of feed.
The crusher consumes a lot of energy. When purchasing, you should consider saving energy. According to the standards of the relevant authorities, when the hammer mill grinds corn with a sieve with a sieve diameter of 1.2 mm, the output per kilowatt should not be less than 48 kilograms. At present, the output per kilowatt of the domestic hammer mill has greatly exceeded the above regulations, and the quality has reached 70-75 kg/kWh.
The kilowatts of power supplied by the crusher motor are marked on the specifications and the nameplate of the matching power machine of the crusher. The indicated power kilowatts are often not a fixed number but a range. For example, the 9FQ-20 crusher power is 7.5-11 kilowatts; the 9FQ-60 crusher power is 30-40 kilowatts. There are two reasons for this. First, there is a big difference in the power required when the raw materials are crushed. For example, under the same working conditions, the power of smashing sorghum is twice as large as that of smashing corn. Second, when using different sieve holes, At this time, it has a great influence on the load of the crusher. The 9FQ-60 crusher uses a sieve with a sieve diameter of 1.2 mm and the motor capacity should be 40 kW. When a sieve with a sieve diameter of 2 mm is used, the motor capacity should be 30 kW; the sieve diameter should be 3 mm. When the screen is used, the motor capacity should be 22 kilowatts, otherwise it will cause some waste.
The crusher discharge method crushes the finished product through the discharge device in three ways: self-weight blanking, negative pressure suction and mechanical transport. Small stand-alone use more self-heavy materials to simplify the structure. Most of the medium-sized pulverizers have a negative pressure suction device, which has the advantage of absorbing the moisture of the finished product, reducing the humidity of the finished product, and facilitating the storage.
