Planting 10 Notes

1. Antibacterial for wounds: When changing pots or ramets, there are wounds on stems and leaves and roots. It is necessary to first apply the wound with fungicides to prevent the invasion of bacteria. It is more safe to inoculate water every two to three days after planting.

2. The old basin should be disinfected: The new basin should be used for planting orchids. However, it is a pity that a large number of pots are used only once. You can disinfect old pots with disinfectants and use them again.

3. Do not be too big in the pot: Small plants are planted in large pots. The amount of planting materials is large, which can easily lead to poor ventilation and the humidity of watering is not easy to even. If too much water is used to absorb water, the planting material will not be easy to dry, and the bacteria will invade easily, causing the roots to rot.

4. Blue plants should be planted shallowly: planting blue plants should not be deeply planted, and deep-rooted plants will rot in long-term wet conditions. When planting, the plant material is used to fill the roots, and the base or forged bulbs must be exposed and not embedded in the plant material.

5. Sprout Pendulum Center: Planting orchids is not planted in the center of the pot. The sprouts should be placed in the center of the pot. For the time being, it appears to be skewed, but in the future the sprouts will grow and bloom in the center of the pot.

6. The roots should be unfolded: The roots of the planted orchids should be evenly spread out in all directions, and they must not be squeezed into a mass. This way each root can contact the planting material and the ventilation is also good. Otherwise, the roots are easily rotted.

7. The plant body should be fixed: The orchid plant cannot be planted deeply, so it is often faltering and unstable. Therefore, it is necessary to use pillars, tie lines or hooks to fix the pillars so that it will not shake and injure the base.

8. The planting material is slightly compacted: The orchid planting material must require ventilation and drainage well, but the planting material should also be compacted slightly, otherwise the base space is too large and the root growth is poor. The right way is to compact from both sides, not from above.

9. No watering for a few days: Newly planted orchids may have their roots damaged, their wounds coated with fungicides, and they will not be watered for 3 to 5 days in order to achieve efficacy and to promote the growth of new shoots. This is where orchids differ from ordinary plants and flowers.

10. Avoid strong light: Newly planted orchids must avoid direct sunlight to prevent excessive dehydration. They should be placed in a warm and sheltered place. They can be sprayed to increase the humidity in the air until the blue plants return to normal growth.

Safflower yellow can significantly inhibit ADP-induced platelet aggregation in rabbits, and also has a very obvious depolymerization effect on ADP-aggregated platelets. When the dosage was 0.22g/ml, the inhibition rate of aggregation and depolymerization reached 85.9% and 78.9% respectively. These effects of safflower yellow were enhanced with the increase of dosage. Safflower yellow has a very significant inhibitory effect on experimental thrombosis in rats, the inhibition rate is 73.4%. Because the thrombus material formed on the silk line is platelet aggregates, the reduction of wet weight of thrombus is obviously the result of drug inhibiting platelet aggregation. It is consistent with in vitro experiments that safflower yellow can inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP. Safflower yellow also significantly prolonged plasma recalcification time, prothrombin time and coagulation time in rabbits. It shows that it can affect the coagulation system both in vivo and in vitro. In addition, safflower oil can reduce blood lipid.
