Automatic feeding difficulties
Reason: The reel position is too far from the feeder to feed the auger, the distance between the agitator blade and the bottom plate in the middle section is too large, the feed chain does not match the distance of the telescopic tip, and the crop is lodging or moist.
Exclude: 1, on the premise of elastic teeth do not touch the knife, reel should be moved as far as possible. 2. Repair the feeder to feed the apron blades so that the height of the blades from the floor is not more than 10mm. 3. The distance between the feeding chain and the telescopic tip is kept between 10-15 cm. 4. The spring length of the auger safety clutch to be fed by the header is to be suitable. When the feed resistance is too large, it can be separated in time.
Reel hits many grains
Cause: The speed of the reel was too high, the position of the reed was too high to hit the head, or the position of the reel was too far ahead, which increased the number of hits by the spike.
Exclusion: Appropriately reduce the reel speed or height, and move the reel wheel appropriately.
Cutting blade clogging
Cause: Excessive weeds in the field, cut lice too low.
Exclude: 1, properly increase the cut can be ruled out. 2. If it is embedded in hard objects such as stones or steel wires, stop the engine and extinguish the engine, and remove the contents. 3. Adjust the front clearance between the moving blade and the stationary blade to 1-1.5 mm, and find that the bolt and the knife bar are straightened or replaced in time.
Conveyor blockage
Cause: The conveyor belt is not tight enough or runs sideways; there is a lot of debris in the trough; and the grain stems are moist.
Exclude: 1, clean up the blockage, tighten the belt; 2, when the belt is worn to ensure that the transmission of power is not enough, it should be replaced.
Threshing roller jam
Cause: The belt is too loose or unevenly fed; the crop stem is wet.
Exclude: 1, tighten the conveyor belt, control the feed amount of the header. 2. Choose mature dry crops or increase cuttings. 3. When the job starts, it is forbidden to slam the throttle to control the speed.
