(1) The crusher should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the working site is frequently changed, the shredder and the electric motor must be installed on a base made of angle steel. (2) After the crusher is installed, it is necessary to check the fastening of each component, and at the same time check whether the belt tension is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel. (3) Before the crusher starts, first rotate the rotor by hand, check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is collision inside the casing, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the motor and the grinder are well lubricated. (4) Do not change the pulley to prevent it from rotating too fast or too low. (5) After the crusher starts, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes. After the crusher starts working, it should be unloaded. (6) Feeding should be uniform. If there are noises, excessive bearing and body temperature, or external spray, etc., stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot. (7) Carefully inspect the materials so that no hard objects such as metal or stones can enter the crushing room and cause accidents. (8) When feeding, workers should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent rebounding debris from injuring the face. When crushing long stalks, hands must not be caught too tightly to prevent hands from being introduced. (9) Feeding is stopped before shutting down. After the material in the standby is removed, the power is cut off. Cleaning and maintenance are required after shutdown. (10) After 300 hours of crusher operation, the bearings must be cleaned and the oil must be changed. When installing the oil, one third of the clearance of the bearing housing should be sufficient, and the max. When the machine is stopped for a long time, the belt should be removed.
