After a constant light program, the light intensity must be maintained at 15-20 lux. The light and light stimulation is used to promote the male and female ducks. Sexual maturity makes the maturation more perfect. In the past few years, my field was not able to recognize the light due to insufficient understanding of the light of the cherry broiler ducks. We only considered the electricity cost and power outage stress and other factors, and did not implement the lighting program. The mother duck delays the peak of egg production by 1-2 weeks, and the peak of egg production is shortened by about 2 weeks. Although the duck has libido in the early stage of egg production, the sperm quality is poor, and the fertilization rate at the early stage of laying is low, resulting in great Economic losses.
