Hey there, lovelies! Merry Christmas Eve to you all! It feels surreal to finally be here, with just one more day until the big day. Right now, I'm elbow-deep in flour and spices, attempting to whip up our traditional Christmas feast. Meanwhile, the kids are patiently waiting for Santa to arrive (wink, wink). While I’m in the kitchen creating culinary chaos—or, as we call it, “cookingâ€â€”I thought it would be fun to share our annual Christmas card with you all.
I wish we could mail physical copies to each of you, but honestly, gathering addresses felt like a mission impossible. Between rounding up old contacts and updating our address book, it took forever! Step one for next year: get organized. Until then, consider this digital version our virtual holiday greeting. We hope you enjoy it!
This year, we had some super creative ideas for our card, but life got in the way. Since I spent most of November traveling and only made it home for a whirlwind visit, we ended up going with something simple yet meaningful. Comfortable pajama photos seemed like the perfect fit. Chris and I were totally game to join the crew, but let’s be honest—my hair was a wild mane of curls, and my makeup routine consisted of washing my face. So, I decided to stay behind the camera this time around. I think these candid shots turned out beautifully, though. They feel real, raw, and exactly like us.
Thank you so much for being part of our little community. It means the world to us that you take the time to read our stories and follow along with our adventures. Whether you’re celebrating surrounded by loved ones or keeping things low-key this year, we hope your holidays are filled with warmth, laughter, and all the things that bring you joy. Maybe it’s baking cookies, sipping eggnog, or just enjoying quality time with family. Whatever it is, we’re cheering you on!
Speaking of sharing moments, we’d love to see how YOU’RE celebrating the season! Feel free to drop your own Christmas posts in the comments or link them up below. Wordless posts are welcome too—it’s all about spreading holiday cheer!
Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year. Let’s toast to family, friends, and all the magic of this special time of year. XO!
