Sprinkler use note

After starting the pump, if no water is produced within 3 minutes, check the machine for any shutdown issues. If any abnormal conditions occur during pump operation—such as unusual noise, vibration, or water flow interruption—the pump should be stopped immediately. Pay close attention to the bearing temperature, which must not exceed 75°C. Check whether the nozzle is operating correctly, ensuring it rotates evenly and at an appropriate speed. Avoid excessive or too slow rotation, or even complete failure to rotate. Confirm that the steering mechanism is flexible and free of any abnormalities. Avoid using sprinkler irrigation when there is a high sediment content in the water, as this can easily damage the impeller and nozzles, negatively affecting crop growth. To adapt to different soil types and crops, nozzles may need to be replaced. Adjusting the rotation speed can be done by tightening or loosening the rocker springs. The rocker arm is suspended on the shaft and can be rotated to adjust the water depth, thus controlling the spray head speed. Changing the reversal position will also affect the speed. A good nozzle adjustment ensures the rotation is slow enough to avoid surface runoff. Typically, small nozzles complete one cycle in 1–2 minutes, medium nozzles in 3–4 minutes, and sprinklers in 5–7 minutes per full rotation. **Maintenance** Regularly check and tighten any loose parts of the unit. Ensure all lubrication points are properly oiled to maintain smooth operation. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for maintenance of the power unit and water pump. If the sprinkler irrigation system will be idle for an extended period, drain the water from the pump, disassemble the pump and sprinkler, clean them thoroughly, apply oil, and reassemble. Store the components in a dry place, keeping the inlet and outlet ports sealed. Wash and dry the pipes, and coil the hoses neatly in a cool, dry location. Avoid storing these parts in areas with acid, alkali, or high temperatures. Lubricate the threads on the frame or quick connectors, especially in areas prone to rust, to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term performance.
