2. **Field Management**: After planting, timely watering and field management are essential. Since the weather is hot, the soil must remain consistently moist to support healthy growth. Regular monitoring of the seedlings is necessary. If the plants show signs of nutrient deficiency or poor growth, a top dressing of 15 kg of urea per mu may be applied 1–2 times.
3. **Pest and Disease Control**: The main diseases affecting this variety are viral infections, so strict control of aphids is crucial. Common insect pests include the diamondback moth (*Plutella xylostella*) and the cabbage white butterfly (*Pieris rapae*). These can be managed using Ruijinte 5% colloidal suspension diluted at 2000 times, with 40 ml sprayed per plant and about 30–40 ml per mu.
4. **Harvesting**: The plants are harvested when they reach a weight of over 100 grams, typically around 25 days after planting. At this stage, the plants may appear slightly crowded, but timely harvesting ensures optimal quality and yield.
