Medicinal silkworm feed and processing

At present, the demand for Bombyx mori is escalating in the Chinese herbal medicine market, and feeding and processing are profitable.

The methods of feeding and processing are:

First, into silkworm rearing.

Feeding and processing medicinal silkworms should be carried out professionally in non-fungus producing areas to avoid devastating effects on tussah. The time of feeding and processing can be carried out throughout the year. Feeds fed, in addition to a small amount of mulberry leaves, can be added some evening primrose, Jiancao grass, white clover, pine cones and other substitute mulberry leaves, to supplement the lack of mulberry leaves, to reduce the cost of feeding. The breeding and management techniques for adult silkworms are the same as conventional silkworm rearing techniques and need to be raised up to four times of sleep.

Second, the production of bacteria.

Take 50 500 ml empty infusion bottles, fill them with cold water, put the parent strains of Beauveria bassiana into one, and put them into 10 bottles. After standing for 1 hour, make the original species, and then connect each bottle to the original species. Into 5 bottles, that is made into liquid bacteria. If there is no test mother, cold boiled water can be used to wash the naturally infected silkworms. The cold boiled water after washing can also be used as a liquid strain.

Third, spray inoculation.

After the four silkworms emerged and sloughed and revived, the liquid bacteria were evenly sprayed onto the body of the silkworm with a spray hoe, and the degree of wetness was seen with the skin. If the viability of the strain is poor, it must be inoculated within 1 hour after preparation of the liquid strain.

Fourth, strengthen management.

After 15-20 minutes of inoculation, the grass is fed and fed every 5-6 hours. The indoor temperature is controlled at 20-30°C and the humidity is above 90%. Avoid ventilation. Generally 20-24 hours after the inoculation of bacteria, silkworms began to anorexia, behavior was dull, body surface gradually dark brown, with different shapes of black spots; to the first 3-4 days, began to die; 5-6 days, the death of 70 %; 7-8 days, all died.

During the death of silkworms, we must pick out the dead silkworms in the breeding room in time to maintain the same temperature and humidity and make them rigid enough to increase the yield and the content of the drug. After all meet the silkworm requirements, they can be sold on the Chinese herbal medicine market.

[Composition]

The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.

[Indications]

1. Primary agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency, etc.

2. Secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of newborn, etc

3. Autoimmune diseases, such as primary thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki disease
