The reason why the cutter bar breaks due to the broken cutter bar is that, in addition to the large cutter movement resistance, the installation position of the cutter drive mechanism is mainly incorrect. In order to prevent the cutter bar from breaking, the cutter should be adjusted correctly so that the movement resistance of the cutter can be reduced, and the installation position of the cutter drive mechanism can be adjusted to meet the assembly requirements.
The main reason for the slippage of the header auger skid auger is that the clearance between the auger screw blade and the header floor is too large. In order to prevent the occurrence of this failure, the gap between the spiral blade and the header plate should be properly adjusted according to the different conditions such as the density and height of the crop. When harvesting low crops, the gap can be reduced to about 10 mm. When the edge of the spiral blade is polished, a key blade can be used to make small teeth on the edge of the blade to recover and increase the pushing ability.
Drum blockage caused by roller jam due to many reasons, such as the roller gap is too small; engine horsepower is insufficient, the belt slip, so that the drum speed is not enough; Zhuan Zhuan and Xuan Zhuan speed is not enough, poor stem discharge; crop too wet, too dense; Excessive toughness of weeds, harvester walking speed and so on. In order to prevent the clogging of the rollers, in the harvesting of wet grass crops, the gap between the roller and the gravure plate should be increased in an appropriate manner. When hearing the descent speed of the drum speed, the locomotive forward speed should be reduced or temporarily stopped; the tightness of the transmission belt should be adjusted; Adjust the rotation speed of the drum and the clearance of the skid bearing.
There are many reasons for the chain breaking chain breaking, such as the sprocket in the transmission circuit is not in the same plane of rotation; the transmission shaft is bent; the chain continues to be used after severe wear; the tightness of the chain is inappropriate; the sprocket wear exceeds the allowable limit; The split pin of the daughter chain is worn out, or reversed in the direction of the opening of the connector clip; the hook chain is seriously worn or reversed, causing the chain to drop, break, and disengage.
In order to prevent the occurrence of this failure, the sprocket in the same transmission circuit must be in the same plane of rotation; the wear of the chain is often inspected and repaired and replaced in time; the condition of the cotter pin of the chain joint is often checked, and if necessary, the replacement is performed; Straight curved drive shaft, so that when the sprocket rotation does not exceed the allowable swing; correct adjustment of the tightness of the chain; timely repair and replacement of the sprocket over the wear limit, the correct adjustment of the safety clutch; timely lubrication of the drive chain.
