        最新研究成果若有效的话，那些猫过敏的患者将不必为此丢弃他们的宠物了。西班牙研究者发现，在舌下含服猫毛皮屑提取物，并不断增加剂量，可以使过敏患者对猫脱敏。 舌下免疫治疗(SLIT)是指抗原放置于舌下，被机体逐渐吸收的一种治疗方法，是基于机体对逐渐增加的过敏原产生耐受，从而对小剂量的过敏原不发生过敏反应的原理。 马德里的Cuesta教授和他的同事为了证实SLIT能对抗猫过敏，随机选择了50名猫过敏患者，在一年内采用SLIT方法，与安慰剂对照组进行疗效比较，结果试验组63%的患者症状较治疗前明显改善，最大呼气流量提高，皮肤试验反应减轻，而对照组没有发生相应的改变。 研究者报道，试验中未发现不良反应。他们认为此项关于猫SLIT研究，有助于猫过敏者可以在自然条件下，暴露于有猫过敏原的环境中也能耐受。 ——上海医疗器械行业协会网
