1. The Yanmar combine harvester is a relatively advanced harvesting machine and is well received by the majority of farmers. However, in the harvesting process, care must be taken to prevent the crawler from falling off because the harvester is operating in the field. During the operation, the straw and soil are mixed in the slightly sticky field because the straw and the soil after the field harvest are mixed together. As the crawler belt is brought into the gap between the drive wheels, the longer the time for harvesting, the more straw and mud will be involved. Straw and mud accumulated more, as long as a sharp turn occurs, the track can easily be squeezed and separated from the drive wheel. After the crawler leaves the transmission wheel, the machine is very badly repaired in the field, especially in a slightly dilute field. If such a problem occurs, only to find a way to set up the machine, let the track fall off; clean up the straw and mud in the drive wheel clearance, and then put the adjusting screw to the maximum position, the track after the fall off to restore the original position Finally, tighten the adjusting screw. When tightening the adjusting screw, do not over-tighten or loosen it. Too tight, the harvester will make a noise when walking, it is easy to damage the track of the machine; if it is too loose, the crawler can easily fall off. Therefore, when adjusting, the distance between the nut and the locking screw can be kept at 15cm.
Second, in the operation of the combine harvester, in order to prevent machine obstruction must pay attention to the following points.
1. Harvesting must be done with the selection of relatively dry rice. If the rice is relatively wet, it can easily cause machine jams.
2. The cut rice cannot be laid on the rice that is ready to be harvested. If laid, when the machine walks to the laying position, the deposited rice will jam on the conveyor chain, causing the machine to jam.
3. It can only be harvested in the counterclockwise direction. If the harvest is performed in the counterclockwise direction and then in the clockwise direction, the straw harvested in the counterclockwise direction (that is, the straw that has not been shredded after harvesting) can be easily dialed in by the reeler. This straw will jam the transfer wheel and cause the machine to jam.
4. Since the plots are not standardized, some crops cannot be harvested after the crop is harvested. This can only be done after hand-cutting, and the desorption will be performed after the machine has been harvested.
