Tractor Winter Cooling System Considerations

1. Before starting the tractor, inject 75~85°C hot water into the water tank to warm up the body, and prohibit starting with an open fired roasting car or dry water without cooling water. This will not only increase the abrasion of the locomotive, but also cause major accidents such as explosion of fuel tank and cracking of the body. When the engine is not warmed up and the hot water is not being filled, preheating and starting with the starter are prohibited. 2. When the tractor stops working in a short time, it should be noted that the temperature of the cooling water cannot be lower than 40°C, otherwise the engine should be operated at low speed. 3. After each class of tractor work, park it in a flat place until the water temperature drops to 50 ~ 60 °C, open the water tank drain valve, put the water into the bucket, and continue to use it after heating the next day. When cranking, the crankshaft should be cranked so that the water in the pump housing can be drained. The water must not be released from the net to prevent freezing of the drain valve. 4. Before adding the antifreeze, the scale of the cooling system must be removed; the cooling water must not be too full, and various antifreezes must not be mixed; antifreeze must not be spilled, because some antifreeze is flammable and some antifreeze is poisonous. Therefore, operators should pay attention to safety.
