When the wear depth of the working plane of the pump cover exceeds 0.1mm, it should be repaired. When the working level of the pump cover is small, the manual grinding method can be used to eliminate the wear marks, that is, the pump cover is placed on the platform or the thick glass plate, and the valve sand is added between the work surface of the pump cover and the surface of the platform for grinding. When the amount of wear is large and there is serious unevenness, the method of first grinding and then grinding should be adopted. (2) Repair of the active shaft shot hole after wear. The repair method is the same as that of the active shaft sleeve hole on the housing.
