Scientists used sperm separation technology to produce sex-controlled embryos for dairy cows. In vitro production of sexually-controlled embryos had a survival rate of 90% after freezing-thawing, and a post-transplantation fertility rate of over 50%. The first 22 sex-control embryos were used. At present, 11 yaks have been produced. The research on the sex control of dairy cows is an important high technology in animal husbandry biotechnology. The application of this technology can enable cows to produce only cows according to their wishes, which can significantly increase the reproductive efficiency of dairy cows.
